11-02-2009 | The NAYADA project have won the premium Red Dot

The NAYADA have proceeded the implementation of the developmental prototype for the conceptual lay-out of «ALLinWALL» project, that have won one of the most prestigious premiums in the area of design - Red Dot Design Award 2008 ("Oscar" in industrial design).

The hunters for new ideas have made acquaintance with the very project and it's author, Karina Ieganyan, already at the contest for architects and designers "Office space - creation, technologies, innovations". That time «ALLinWALL» haven't occupied a premium position, nevertheless it have attracted sound interest of NAYADA. Actually, it is really an example where the contest helps not only to be recognized, but also to find new partners. The company's department for innovations have concluded an agreement for future lay-out and realization of a concept with a young author. In this way, the project have got amazing forward development. In June, 2008 «ALLinWALL» was presented in a form of a graduation paper, and succesfully defended at the Chair of the Industrial Design of the Stroganov Moscow State University of Arts and Industry. Shortly after that, in a couple of months, at the end of November, 2008, Karina Ieganyan has become one of the winners of Red Dot Design Award in the nomination of Design Concept.

Albina Sugrobova, a head of the Department for Innovations and Development in NAYADA company, argues: "Our company now is engaged in working out warehousing systems and wardrobe sets, and from this point of view, the project of Karina Leganyan was of a particular interest for us. The main idea of «ALLinWALL» is to create a divider in which a shelve stand, a container folder for papers of different formats (A2, A3, A4), and boxes for web were combined. We do not disclaim putting into effect this concept in the near future, or making it our starting point".
