28-04-2009 | The IV Archicontest. The registration is opened

The NAYADA inc. and The Union of Architects of Russia have stipulated the Statute of the IV International Contest for architects and designers "Office space: creation, technologies, innovations".

The participants can register for a contest on en.archiconcurs.ru. As during the previous years, the contest invites design organizations, architectural workshops, certified architects and engineers, and also students of higher educational establishments of architecture.

This year many innovations are waiting for the competitors and the jury. To the three existing nominations: ARCHIEMBODIMENT, ARCHIDECISION AND ARCHIPARTITION , the fourth one was added: ARCHIAMBIENCE. The new nomination is dedicated to the conceptual elaboration and planning of the working space in an office.

The expansion of the nominations have led to changes in the prize fund, which is augmented up to 750 thousand of roubles.

Beginning from this year, the contest will sound not only in English and Italian, but possibly also in German. The last year's media partners of archicontest are joined by the italian magazine narrowing of the office interior, «US. WORKPLACE-CONTRACT-DESIGN-MANAGEMENT».

Luciano Kapaldo, the president of RICS in Europe, the honorary member of the Royal Union of Arts of the Great Britain, and Sergey Choban - the architect well known both in Russia and in Germany, have approved their participation in the jury committee. The committee this year will be headed by the new vice president of CAP, Sergey Kachanov.
